Carla Molina
Leadership Consultant
Carla MarĂa Molina is a Catholic Certified Executive Coach and a Leadership Consultant with the Catholic Leadership Institute.
Carla began her career at Procter & Gamble in Mexico and also lived in Puerto Rico prior to moving to Cincinnati, giving her unique expertise working in different cultures. She has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, a degree in Marketing from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and earned her Sherpa Executive Coaching training through Howard University's College of Business in Washington D.C.
Prior to becoming a Sherpa Executive Coach, Carla worked for 22 years in Customer Business Development at Procter & Gamble, developing expertise in complex business scenarios and supporting best practices in category management, shopper marketing and customer management and developing expertise and passion for serving Hispanic consumers. She has broad experience working across customers, channels and different countries across Latin America and the United States. She also worked at The Partnering Group as an International Consultant before dedicating herself to coaching full time.
Most recently, Carla has been a dedicated volunteer for the Magdala Project in Israel.
Carla lives in Cincinnati where she is active in RCIA ministry and enjoys playing tennis. She has led over a dozen mission trips to orphanages in Mexico and enjoys traveling particularly through Europe and South America. Carla hiked the Camino de Santiago in Spain in the Fall of 2015.
