Scott Staelgraeve
Leadership Consultant
Scott Staelgraeve brings over 25 years of experience in leadership, management, coaching and ministry across non-profit, retail, state government and higher education to his role as Leadership Consultant. Scott is a certified CliftonStrengths Coach and Everthing DiSC facilitator. He has facilitated strategic planning, process improvement and visioning workshops for a variety of organizations. As a Catholic and practitioner of positive organizational psychology, Scott strives to bring a human dignity centered approach to his leadership and coaching work.
Scott’s ministry in the Catholic Church includes 24 years as a member of St. Louis Guanella Council 3092 of the Knights of Columbus including 2 terms as Grand Knight. During his tenure as Grand Knight, Council 3092 was recognized with two statewide service program awards. In addition, Scott served as President of a local Catholic school board, and as a member of his Parish Pastoral Council.
Scott and his wife Robin are active members of St. Mary Parish in Chelsea, Michigan where he currently serves as chair of the Parish Pastoral Council. Scott and Robin are blessed to share their faith with their children, Megan, Tyler and Alison, son-in-law, Brad and granddaughter Quinn.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Baker College. He currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for the School of Information at the University of Michigan.
