Rico Ciricola
System Manager
Rico Ciricola joined the Catholic Leadership Institute in December 2021 as the System Manager. He is responsible for the oversight and management of all Catholic Leadership Institute's proprietary and contracted information systems, and works towards ensuring they meet the business and operational needs of the organization. Prior to joining the Catholic Leadership Institute, he served at the Archdiocese of Boston for 10 years first with the Vicar General's Office and then with the Communications Office. He worked on a Team to launch a digital platform to provide online tools for parishes and schools. Rico has over 15 years of project management experience, which began at MassMutual Financial Group.
Rico has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational
Studies from the University of Michigan, Masters in Business Administration
from the University of Massachusetts, and a Certificate in Youth Ministry
Studies.
Rico and his wife, Ashley, live in Michigan with
their two boys.
