Lucille Smith
Leadership Consultant
Joined the Catholic Leadership in January 2009 as a Leadership Consultant and was named Vice President of Client and Episcopal Services in May 0f 2014. She is responsible for overseeing the Leadership Consultants and managing service fulfillment for diocesan partners. She is also responsible for the Catholic Leadership Institute’s new initiative piloting Next Generation Parish in the dioceses of Orlando, Biloxi and Jackson.
Lucille Smith has served the Diocese of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania for over 15 years. Her leadership experience spans parish, school, and diocesan structures, with an expertise in policy and curriculum development for church personnel. Additionally, she trained teachers in child development, instruction techniques, classroom management, and discipline. Lucille received her Bachelor of Social Work Degree from King's College (Wilkes-Barre, PA).
