Luciana Musto
Director of Stewardship and Engagement
Luciana joined Catholic Leadership Institute in June 2023 as Director of Stewardship and Engagement. Luciana has almost twenty years of versatile experience in the non-profit sector, including donor relations, volunteer management, stewardship, project management, advancement communications, annual and major gift fundraising, and grant writing and reporting. Her favorite part of her work is helping donors feel connected to the mission and ministry of CLI. She loves nurturing generosity, helping people grow in their faith, and serving the good people who work in parishes and dioceses.
Before joining CLI, Luciana served as the Director of Development in the Diocese of Scranton, and prior to that appointment, she was the Director of Advancement Operations and Prospect Management at Wilkes University. Luciana lives in Northeastern Pennsylvania with her family and is active in her parish. Luciana loves to tell a good story, and in her free time, she loves writing, reading, spending time outdoors, gardening, and cooking.
