With more than 25 years in senior leadership roles at both Vanguard and Lockheed Martin, I understand first hand the value of servant leadership. Having served in multiple program management roles and as an IT Executive for a variety of business units in both for- profit and non-profit organizations, I have developed a passion for developing others and am relentless in my quest to help others succeed.

What distinguishes me the most is my direct approach coupled with an inclusive, empowering leadership style that lends itself well to collaboration. Known for infusing fun and humor into most situations, I am passionate about realizing organizational goals. Serving as both a corporate coach at Vanguard’s University as well as a mentor to high potential program participants, I routinely applied my top-notch skills of teaching, coaching and mentoring to maximize business impact.

My reputation as a trusted partner is built upon a collaborative interpersonal style and strong business acumen, which have been the foundation of my success. I am the kind of leader who believes in cultivating the relationship first, then executing on strategy.

I have been blessed that my career has allowed me to do what I love the most in creating best-in-class practices for world class organizations. Upon retirement from my more than satisfying career, I am now President of LMB Leadership Solutions, which focuses on ‘helping managers become leaders’. I am most grateful to CLI for enabling me to combine the passions of my life….my love of the Lord, my Catholic faith and leadership….into such rewarding work.

I am married to Joe and we have two children. I have recently begun a new vocation as a grandmother. We are members of St. Philip Neri Parish in Lafayette Hill, PA where I served as the Adult Faith Formation Director for 5 years. I currently serve as a Eucharistic Minister and facilitate multiple Bible Studies throughout the year.
