Kurt Zampier
Project Manager
Kurt Zampier serves as a Project Manager for the Catholic Leadership Institute. Prior to this role, Kurt served Saint Norbert Parish (Paoli, PA) for two years as the Director of Mission Implementation.
During his time at Saint Norbert, his primary responsibilities were freeing up the Pastor of the administrative functions of the parish and oversee the direction of the Parish by forwarding the Mission, Vision and Strategic Anchors. Additional responsibilities were to shepherd the small group movement of the community, serve as a support for adult faith formation, outreach efforts, evangelization priorities and develop lay leaders serving on weekends.
Before serving at Saint Norbert, Kurt served as the Director of Parish Services at Saint Helena Parish in Blue Bell, PA for nine years. His responsibilities spanned youth and young adult ministry, adult faith formation, shepherding the small group movement, organizing service projects and leading vacation bible school.
Kurt holds a Master of Science in Church Management degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and Philosophy from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Kurt and his wife, Avé, live in Willow Grove, PA with their seven children. Kurt and his family are members of Saint David Catholic Church in Willow Grove, PA.
