John McTear
Controller
John McTear joined Catholic Leadership Institute in January 2022 as the Controller, responsible for maintaining all procedures and controls related to the organization’s financial accounts and assisting the Mission Implementation Team in executing policies and procedures in support of the mission of Catholic Leadership Institute. Prior to joining Catholic Leadership Institute, John McTear held various financial leadership positions with organizations. Additionally, his experience includes business ownership and involvement with various start up organizations. John has a B.S. degree in Accounting from Widener University and is a parishioner at St. Simon and Jude Parish in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
