Jim Luisi

Jim is a business leader who integrates his experiences, particularly those working with volunteers within non-profit organizations, with his love for the Church. He is the owner and founder of JRL Management Consulting, a company that specializes in organizational development, strategic planning and executive coaching. Before moving into private practice, Jim served as an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer for several nationally known professional and business trade associations. Jim was also part of the management team at SmithBucklin Corporation, the world's largest association management firm. Prior to joining SmithBucklin, Jim worked in the financial and technology's services sectors where he established a track record for developing winning strategies and building organizations. Some of his accomplishments include the start-up of a shared automated teller machine network that achieved national ranking and directing a PC-based software company to double digit profitability. Jim is married with two grown daughters and his brother, Fr Joe Luisi, is a Good Leaders, Good Shepherds graduate. Jim is a member of St. William Parish, Diocese of Venice in Florida
