Erin Shankie
Leadership Consultant
Erin has dedicated her career to driving positive change and growth within organizations. With a unique blend of expertise in leadership, communication, and organizational development, her expertise is in helping teams and organizations achieve their full potential. Her work is centered around building strong, cohesive teams through improved leadership, strategic planning, team building, change management, and effective communication.
Erin holds a Master of Arts degree in Education-Instruction from Central Michigan University, as well as certifications in nonprofit leadership and facilitative leadership. She is currently all but dissertation for her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership.
In addition to her work in organizational development, Erin is also the Board President of Carols Angels and Warriors, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting survivors of trauma and abuse.
When she's not working, Erin is a youth dance teacher and choreographer as well as Chair of the Parish Pastoral Council at her home parish. She resides in Michigan with her husband, their daughter, and their chocolate lab.
