Devon Metzger McDonald
People Development and Learning Manager
Devon joined CLI in October 2023 as the People Development and Learning Manager. Prior to joining the CLI team, Devon worked with Transworld Systems Incorporated, an international business processes outsourcing firm as the leader of a Training and Content Development Team that was honored with three consecutive annual Apex Awards by Training Magazine. Her experience includes forging strong professional relationships through effective communication and a servant leadership mindset, developing innovative digital and in-person training curricula and content, and effectively driving training program analyses and modifications to better meet learners' and clients' needs. Devon graduated from SUNY Buffalo with a B.A. in English and a M.S. in Adult Education.
Devon lives in Niagara County, NY with her husband and son, their four cats, and her father who lives nearby in their carriage house. In her free time, she enjoys painting interstellar landscapes, exploring nature and going camping with her family and friends. Devon and her family are members of the St. Brendan on the Lake parish in Newfane, NY.
