Brenner LeCompte
Leadership Consultant
Before joining Catholic Leadership Institute as a Leadership Consultant, Brenner LeCompte served as Director of Youth & Family Formation for St. John Parish in Darien, Connecticut, and St. Mary Parish in Ridgefield, Connecticut. He has held various roles at both the parish and Diocesan level and currently works in finance for a large international bank.
Brenner holds an undergraduate degree from the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum in Rome, Italy, as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Fordham University in New York.
Brenner lives in Ridgefield, CT with his wife Kristen and their four children aged 9, 7, 4, and 2 months. In his free time, Brenner enjoys training for and competing in local triathlons and golfing.
