As the year draws to a close, I have spent time reflecting on the profound impact my vibrant, faith-filled parish has had on my life. Years ago, my husband and I moved into a new home and intentionally chose to live in a community centered around a welcoming parish. This community of people has since become an extension of our family.
Over two decades, our parish has been a source of love, support, and spiritual growth, accompanying us through life’s greatest joys and deepest sorrows. It’s where my husband fully joined the Catholic Church, our children were welcomed into the faith, and our family found a spiritual home that fills us with joy.
At Catholic Leadership Institute, we believe every Catholic deserves this kind of experience. That’s why we have helped over 3,600 parishes across the country foster vibrant communities of faith. We help parish leaders develop visions, equip lay leaders with tools to evangelize, and support clergy in leading like Christ. And the work we have done has proven to be effective, as the results are measurable. We have witnessed increased participation in sacraments, greater engagement in faith formation, and stronger parish connections as a result of our partnership.
