Every year on Thanksgiving, I feel a tremendous sense of gratitude for all of you – our Catholic Leadership Institute family.
In October, I visited Santa Fe, NM, and returned to the exact site where I had my call to found Catholic Leadership Institute. As I stood on the grounds of this dusty ranch, I was filled with such a sense of peace and thanksgiving. I marveled at just how far Catholic Leadership Institute has come from that idea to today.
Over 33 years ago, I had no idea that I would be joined by thousands of Catholic leaders like you around this country in carrying this ministry forward. If I had known then about your generosity, I would certainly have been less nervous about the future!
Today, I’m sharing a 4:49 min video that gives you a glimpse into our origin story. I’ll give you an interesting preview: it involves a horse!
